Cabrillo Apartments

We are extremely happy with the Rental Team at Cabrillo Apartments. It’s been 30 years since we last rented an apartment. We have a home in another country, but wanted a place to be closer to our daughter. The apartment is spacious and very convenient to shopping, restaurants, groceries and more. I will be using the on premises gym, jacuzzi, and pool. We feel fortunate to be living here in Las Vegas!

I have lived here for 4 years now & it's never let me down. The consistency in the front office has been awesome. If you need something fixed they get to it within 48 hrs. If something stops working they will replace it instead of always fixing it. They treat you with respect & value you as a resident. They have events for neighbors to get to know each other & for kids to have fun. Always gives out notices ahead of time before doing updates or fire alarm testing. Pool area & grounds are kept clean & gym as well. It's a quiet community for now until the Durango casino opens. But we've loved living here & rasing our family. Thanks to the front office for being exceptional!

Overall a nice clean apartment complex, but not worth the consistent rising rent. Rent went higher and no additional perks or anything. Maintenance crew is excellent. However, cannot have flowers on patio, office complained while others were allowed to have piles of belongings on theirs , blankets blocking guard rails and nothing ever said. Payment system is off, set payments to come out on the 1st and system processed early twice causing payments to decline. (screenshots of every payment we ever scheduled) and nothing was done or addressed so was blocked from using payment system and charged fees. Mother (another tenant) was dying and in facility and they still would not turn back on. Created huge issues but showed no concern at all. Only after turning in our notice to vacate premises it was turned back on. Upon moving in years before we were told brand new carpet was installed however, it was not new. For months following actually years following we consistently found bobbie pins in carpet from previous tenants. Living Room area has no ceiling fan so air was never properly circulated. Other tenants don't clean up after their dogs. The pool is closed more often then opened mainly because other tenants don't follow the rules. Just overall a more negative then positive experience.

I appreciate the response to my maintenance requests … washer wasn’t spinning and attempted to fix it then returned the next day with it… still didn’t work , so called again and they decided after approval from management another 24 hours later I finally got a replacement (not new but it works so far) I know that maintenance hands are tied w making decisions to replacement etc so I don’t blame the long wait on them in any way ! They are always very helpful and I appreciate them for doing such great work
